    OBJECTIVES Provide Business Intelligence & Analytics services to the teams/departments to help VPBFC to get the right set of customers & achieve financial targets.


    COMMUNICATION Internal Purpose

    BICC Deputy Director, Heads, Teamleaders, other staff in BICC
    - Find out and understand the process, operation and business sense
    - Deliver requirements from BICC Director and CEO
    External Purpose
    CEO, other Directors and Deputy Directors of FE Credit, third-parties, etc. - Find out and understand the process, operation and business sense
    - Deliver requirements from CEO

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FREQUENCY % TIME SPENT
    1. Planning/budgeting
     In charge of developing & executing Business Intelligence projects to take all VPBFC’s capabilities & convert them into knowledge to get the right set of customers
     Periodically evaluate team performance to continually improve its sufficiency
    Daily 100%
    2. Day to day activities
     Propose & prepare methodology for the internal reporting used as template for whole organization
     Follow up & inventory company’s data structures, its ownership & other parameters to ensure their legalities as well as sufficiency
     In charge of creating & maintaining the dictionary of business terms used for the Reporting within organization
     Develop data structures and data-marts systems used for the Reporting and Analytics
     Undertake other tasks assigned by the supervisor
     Work Load planning, Prioritization of work, review, monitor etc., Daily 100%


    Compétences ou formations requises

    Education  Graduate, major: Economics, Finance, IT or Mathematics
    Experience  At least 10 years’ experience working in SAS tools mainly in BI, Data Analysis, Reporting developing managerial position, preferably working in banking institution
     Deep understanding of banking processes
    Technical skills  Analytical University skill
     Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
    General skills  Strong oral & written communication skill
     Leadership & negotiation skills
     Time management
     Ability to work under high pressure
