    YOUR MISSIONS :
    In association with our sales representatives, you bring your support to our customers/prospects during the pre-sales and post-sales steps in order to enhance the appreciation of the customer experience.
    You operate on a territory, for the whole Dolphin portfolio.
    - Leader of the IP selection process through a clear understanding of prospect challenges
    - Help customer to express and define their needs and challenges:
    - Understand designer challenges in terms of design know-how
    - Understand functional synoptics of targeted SoC and its application schematics
    - Coordinate debates with customers for IP roadmapping

    - Promotion of value proposition in the context of prospect needs
    - For simple sales, push forward our most appropriate products through a synthesis report with the value proposition with products and deliverables.
    Select proper means and tools to enable prospect to be convince and confident: comparative matrix, demonstrations…
    - For system deals involving the widest panoply of products related to one of our Business Units (IoT, Automotive…): you take advantage of the support from our System Architect and Biz Dvpt managers all along the sales process
    - Guide in the objective appreciation of our value-added against competition
    - Responsible for the Q&A for the technical part along the sales process
    - Take care of being aligned on the sales tactic with sales manager

    - Post-Sales, he checks the appreciation of customer satisfaction for support, all along the design-in phases: from the acceptance process to the Tape-out.
    - May partake conference call in partnership with the project leader in charge of IP delivery
    - Help identify user’s concerns and convey to headquarters possible weaknesses in deliverables

    - Responsible of the quality and efficiency of customer support in his IP SoC characterization phase, mass production phase and diagnostic

    Compétences ou formations requises

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
    Knowledge :
    - Electronic engineer with basic knowledge of microelectronics or Analog Design experience
    - English (written and spoken)
    - Lab testing
